![]() BB boils the convoluted and conflicting theories down to simple terms and plain truth: We don't understand the premise some publications and books use to explain many basic beliefs about eating and exercise for health and the betterment of one's body, especially shaping and building the body with the "clay" that is commonly called muscle. Some of these articles and published pieces seem to be written to impress the reader more with their intricate studies and research data than with understandable readability and logic. A normal, intelligent person can easily get lost in all the technical and scientific jargon. So, with BB you will always get the straight-shooting facts, as WE see them and as our experience and research dictates. We will always present our information in a easy-to-follow format, and with some occasional lightheartedness too. It will be geared towards the "thinking man" but not necessarily the biochemist.
TRUISM: It's not
as complicated as many diet and exercise gurus and "experts" may lead
you to believe. Simplicity is the mother of all effectiveness.
Given that platform, we like to refer to our approach as: K-I-S-S, or
Keep It Simple System. Having said that let's examine some
FAQs.
The answers provided in this section will be generalized and basic. And presented as accurately as possible pertaining to eating and exercise; and their relationship to BB's Sculpting Success System. Any serious concerns and questions regarding (medical) health issues or unique personal challenges should be directed to your doctor or medical health care professional, chiropractor or clinical nutritionist. Common sense is always a good prescription.
Q:
How long will it take--realistically--to get into shape? And even
build a better body; a personal body masterpiece?
A: Probably a week or two if you're really dedicated--and unrealistic. If you believe some claims that's what you may be led to believe. Some people and programs make outlandish claims, misleading throngs of un-suspecting people with false claims...and hopes. Often times, however, it's just plain misleading and a play with words, phrasing and placement. But nonetheless, still not totally upfront and truthful. These same advertisers paint only the rosiest picture; the absolute best case scenario under the most ideal conditions. BB's response--my answer--As long as it takes! Everybody's different, of course. Rome certainly wasn't built in a day, or days, or weeks or even months, so don't expect your body to respond any quicker; but like Rome--the core and foundation of the great Roman Empire was constructed in progressive steps and stages, much like the Great Egyptian Pyramids--and was initiated in one day, after much planning and preparation. As they say, anything worthwhile is worth waiting for. And YOUR body is just as much of a (personal) temple as those great structures. Therefore, with proper mindset and preparation, in terms of a blueprint and direction, you initiate your plan to get into shape, or build a body masterpiece, from the first day you start--or re-start--and proceed from there. Any and all steps you take from that beginning are steps that will lead you to the pinnacle of your goals and aspirations. Steps lead to stages and stages lead to Pyramids, which is how the Egyptians build their awe-aspiring miracles. On a much lesser and more human scale, you can do the same.

In the real world and not fantasy land,
given proper effort and genuine dedication to the task of building
muscle, burning fat and contouring a shapely physique, you should
see noticeable and measurable results within 3
to 6 months. By implementing a new or enhanced (bodybuilding)
lifestyle, those 3 to 6 months could spell a new beginning, and for
some people, even change their lives. Once a person starts their
sculpting, and etches the outline of a new form, re-creating the clay
that is their body, it becomes a work-in-progress, and a living,
breathing art masterpiece, even if the eyes of the beholder are only
YOU. It's more about constantly working on and improving oneself,
despite age, circumstances and environment. Your body is your temple,
and you are its ruler. Like Neil Armstrong said upon walking on the
moon, with our twist and version: This is one...small step for
ME...and one GIANT step for my body.
I will say this: For those individuals
with fire in their soul and spirit, conducive genetics and a...Best

results may come much sooner, than later; literally showing notable
results within weeks. But it shouldn't be how fast and dramatic you
see results but how formative and long lasting the improvement. No
matter what your status or situation, keep in mind the overall and
BIG picture. Keep in mind: Aimed, accurate action almost always
spells R-E-S-U-L-T-S! But if you don't get results right away or
even as fast as you expected, never give up, just keep on aiming
with action...and you will succeed. And maybe, just maybe,
greater than you ever expected!
Q: It seems like a person has to be some sort of rocket scientist nowadays to wade through all the streams of diets and exercise programs to get in shape, or get that perfect body? What's the scoop? A: Scoops full of b.s., for sure. First, BB's Sculpting Success System is modeled after the basic, time-tested physical culture era of bodybuilding, freeze-framed around 1960, before steroids and other assorted growth enhancing drugs kidnapped it. To that pure, effective model, we simply add the most updated concepts of nutrition, exercise and supplementation. Pure bodybuilders from that era and before, were way ahead of the times in terms of building muscle, burning fat and creating body masterpieces. Most of them had no clue WHY certain systems and strategies worked, they just knew they did if they followed certain protocol. Studies and grant research projects were not really part of the landscape back then...only results. It is remarkable today how much "new" cutting edge studies have come out to only prove what bodybuilders--competitive and non-competitive--knew many, many years ago. Some things never change they just get...defined, explained scientifically and quantitatively. In the case of bodybuilding, modern technology has stamped its seal of approval on it, while at the same time modern competitive bodybuilders have given the Arty-Sport a black eye, with its extremism and radical application of drugs. But take that "perfect" body out of the equation. The only (so-called) perfect bodies are in competitive bodybuilding, and we don't care about that kind of perfection. At BB we care about building bodies from the inside out so that the masterpiece you see also exemplifies strength and health. And your perfection is in your own masterpiece, sculpted your way. We say put as much fun in the bodybuilding process as you do EE, or extra effort. Our System is a process and as such we have formulated our approach making the whole program unique, interesting and fun, benefiting those who apply it. We say pooh to the status quo.This works.
